Although based in South East Queensland, we service clients all over Australia. Our primary service area is Greater Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and other locations by arrangement.

We work the same hours you do and outside of normal business hours when needed.

Daniel has over 14 years experience and is highly regarded in the IT industry. His qualifications include of Certificate IV in Information Technology (Client and Systems Support). Daniel has completed training for the qualification of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Networking Associate, Lotus Notes and Domino Certified Lotus Professional. Daniel is also qualified in Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training. Daniel has great exposure to a variety of mid to large size organizations, including the Australian Army and Education Queensland. Daniel is passionate about working with clients to get the most out of their ICT platforms, in order to improve their processes, procedures, productivity, security and business continuity.

Lloyd Llewellyn

Lloyd has over 14 year’s experience as an ICT Support Engineer, providing services to small and large businesses across the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland.  Lloyd has an Advanced Diploma of Information Technology, and is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist holding MCP, MCTS, and MS qualifications.  With experience across a diverse range of industry including Accounting, Medical, Automotive, Construction and Retail, Lloyd is dedicated to developing technology that is reliable and provides value.  Lloyd’s success in delivering exceptional service to our clients is reflected in the strong and lasting relationships he has developed with them.

Carly Meredith B.Bus (HRM)

Client Manager & Human Resource Consultant

Carly has worked within the information technology industry for more than 16 years in roles that encompass sales, HR Administration and Operations management.  Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (HR and Management), Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Certificate III in Information Technology, Certificate III in Business Administration, and she is a certified Microsoft Sales & Licensing Specialist.  As a passionate advocate for Strategic Human Resource Management Carly works with clients under our iManage HR brand to develop tailored Human Resource solutions that optimize business performance and increase employee engagement.  Carly also uses her extensive IT experience and knowledge to support operations within iManage IT.

Julie Sawyer

Director/Marketing Manager

Julie consults with iManage IT on a few key projects. She has run her own successful business, 360 Results, for the past 8 years and brings with her a great deal of knowledge around business development and digital marketing. Julie heads up our Digital services – website design, SEO, social media and email marketing support.
